We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

The "usual suspects" + 1, and what a super day!

With the events of the hurricane in October affecting everyone in this area of SW Georgia, it was predictable that attendance would be slim.  Fortunately, one of our fine Orange Hats brought a family member, and we all passed along teaching points and watched the marksmanship improve!

We broke tradition with Red Coat targets:  After the first 13 rounds it seemed like a good idea to mark hits and shoot 'em again.  Cold bore and cold muscles got a little warm up on the second string and we were off and running.  Our student was outstanding:  The finest teachable attitude!  Working through squares and in short order we were into 6 Steps, SHF and NPOA.  We wrapped up the afternoon with the 5 "spoons" already bolted to the backer:  5 rounds and 5 spoons; a terrific wrap-up to a fun day!

My thanks to Miki, Steve, Greg, Ben, and Josh for participating.   :1luvu

Absolutely perfect weather.  The range provided by Greg, Noel, and Dennis has become a Bermuda lawn.

We'll be back 8 December and looking forward to it!
