We had a wonderful weekend with the ladies! We began the day with 10 shooters who had varying skill levels. Most of the shooters were experienced pistol operators, but were fairly new to the rifle. Once again, I was struck by how attentive women are to the instruction and the number of questions they ask to understand the material. We laughed alot and enjoyed being on the range with other women learning to shoot rifles. We had on young shooter clear the Redcoat for the first time and two shooters flirt with scoring Rifleman. All improved over the course of the weekend. At the start of the first day, many of the shooters expressed doubt about their ability to even hit the paper. When I asked at the end of the LS what they thought about their weekend I was met with a resounding "We love it", "It's alot more fun than I thought it could be!".  We are all looking forward to our next Ladyseed and some are planning to bring hubby to AS. Well done Ladies!!!

PS: Last but certainly not least, many thanks to our Minions (male instructors) who did the "heavy lifting" and provided support. You all are appreciated.

"Responsibility is a unique concept... You may share it with others, but your portion is not diminished. You may delegate it, but it is still with you... If responsibility is rightfully yours, no evasion, or ignorance or passing the blame can shift the burden to someone else. Unless you can point your finger at the man who is responsible when something goes wrong, then you have never had anyone really responsible.
― Hyman G. Rickover

"Scoring is a function of great execution, and winning Is the result, but thinking about winning can pull your focus off of proper execution in a competition. Thinking about process is the answer."- Lanny Bassham
