As always it was another wonderful weekend at the Nappanee Conservation Club, spent with 17 wonderful shooters who were very eager to learn. The best and most amazing part of all is out of the 17 shooters almost half of the were youth shooters, I was an inspiring moment to see that many young shooters on the line learning about marksmanship and learning about our heritage. Congratulations to our 6 new Riflemen: Lee, Anika, Rodney, Scott, Jenna and Emily. We had many other shooters that are right there knocking on the door with their scores in the upper 190s to 208, if you didn't make it this weekend take what you've learned practice, practice, practice and you will see those rifleman scores. Just remember Riflemen are persistent. The weather for the weekend couldn't of been any better a little chilly in the mornings but ended the days in the mid to upper 70s. I can't leave out the big congratulations to Rodney for stepping up and taking an orange hat this weekend and to Captain America on getting his Red Hat, well done both of you.

I want to thank the Nappanee Conservation Club for hosting this event it is always a good weekend down there.

Now I know there were some pictures taken this weekend so if you have them lets get to posting them.  ;D

Another great time at Nappanee!  Congrats to all the new riflemen.  (Congrats also to those who "won" their rifles from their dads for scoring a rifleman's score.)  Congrats also to Captain America on getting his Red Hat.   Congrats also to Sivits on taking an Orange Hat and joining the Indiana Cadre of instructors.  Look forward to working with you.

Can't we all just agree to disagree in a civil fashion while the planet's last, fading hope of liberty and prosperity gets snuffed out?

No. We can't.
