Hey, anyone still up here interested in putting on some shoots?

Last September, I finally landed a local job so that I will be able to dedicate some weekends to Appleseed again. From discussions on FB on the Gun Owners of Vermont page, and personal discussions at gun shows and at the rally in Montpelier a couple of weeks ago, there IS interest in shoots.

Mid-April is always iffy; we never know if the range will be snowed in or not. So... maybe a shoot in June, instead? IF we can get a date decided on, we can also try for a KD shoot in Jericho.

Jim, you still on with Proctor Fish & Game? Would they be interested in hosting again?

We've run events at Proctor Fish and Game Club and Stamford Risky Ranch Range. National will help in any way we can to jump start the program in Vermont.

Biggest reason to get GMB74 on board is that Proctor requires a member to be there when they rent the range out... and he's a member and neither I, Nickle or Luv2BFree are.

If pushed, I'll hold a mini in my yard - I have a 50' wide berm and a full 25 meters. But the gunfire echoes so wonderfully through the hills that I'd rather not do that to the neighbors.
