Hi all. I just spoke with my Senator, Amanda Chase and she has requested support for her new bill that will allow fire/ems personnel with military, LE, instructor backgrounds to carry firearms for personal protection while on duty. If you would like to speak in support of her bill at lobby day, let her know. If you can't speak or attend, send a letter in support. She was notified midday friday that her bill would be discussed so we don't have a lot of notice. Her email is amanda@amandachaseforsenate.com; her cell phone number is 804-370-8727.
