Mansfield, MA Oct. 28-29, 2017

Another great event at a great club. We had a great turn out that at one point I had 18 shooters on the line. Weather was picture perfect on Saturday with sunny skies and 4 new riflemen day one made it even brighter. Sunday the storm that knocked out power to many here in New England, held off for a long enough to finish the day of shooting. I had quite a few kids on the line that did great keeping pace with instruction and making improvements all day. Very happy to see LG an 18 year old I have had at a few events in Mansfield finally get a 210. Great work and perseverance LG. We had a number of other shooters that were close in the low 200s and will definitely make it next time.

Everyone seemed to have a great time and even if they didn't make a rifleman score they did improve.

A thanks to all of the instructors that with out you would have made this a VERY difficult event to run. So thank you Mike, Matt and Patrick for helping out this weekend.

A super special thank you to Rick and the Mansfield Fish and Game club for the use of your clubs facilities. Most importantly a thank you for Ted a Mansfield member that provided a large hungry crew a free lunch by providing burgers and dogs for everyone. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
