It was a great weekend in Talladega.  Spectacular range, great shooters, and the weather was perfect!  We had 16 shooters join us: some new to KD & some coming back for more!  We had shooters from as far away as Indiana join us!

Congratulations to our EIGHT Riflemen, most of who posted multiple Rifleman scores:

Shawn - 40
Everett - 41
Jake - 42
Mark - 43
Diana - 45
Jin - 45
Mike - 46
Trevor - 46

My hat's off to everyone who attended.  It was a joy to watch everyone learn and get better.  Many of you are close... just knocking at the door to a KD Rifleman's score.

On Saturday, we talked a bit about the Second Amendment.  Our Founders believed that the RKBA was our right.  By enumerating it in the Bill of Rights, they stated we were worthy of such a sacred thing.  If our Founders trusted us with this precious thing, would they not also trust us to make all manner of lesser decisions?

Can you imagine Benjamin Franklin crafting laws about what kind of lanterns to buy, what kind of outhouses to build, and what medicines our doctors can give us?  I think not.  Our Founders wanted more for us - better for us.  They wanted Liberty for us.

On behalf of all of your instructors, thank you for coming out!  I'm going to quit typing and get to the good stuff - the pictures.
