Good Evening All,

My name is Ensign Kevin Lockemy, NSCC.  I am the Commanding Officer of the Greensboro Division of US Naval Sea Cadets and League Cadets.  My Division attended an Appleseed event in Ramseur, NC this past weekend and were beyond impressed with your program.  From the history, to the marksmanship instruction and your focus on safety, we couldn't have asked for a better event.  The Appleseed Staff were very knowledgable and worked well with my Cadets.  I am already getting questions on "when we are going back."  As a former US Marine, I was happy to see that you utilized many of the training aids that I was exposed to in Boot Camp for your marksmanship courses.  On behalf of the Staff and Cadets of the Greensboro Division, we would like to extend a "Bravo Zulu" to your program and Staff.  Attached is a Citation of Appreciation and a group photo of our Cadets and your Staff.  We will post more pictures of the event on our FaceBook page (https://www.facebook.com/USNSCCGreensboro/ as soon as we can.  If you would like more information about our program, please visit us at http://www.greensborodivision.org.

Respectfully Submitted,

ENS Kevin Lockemy, NSCC, EMT-B

Greensboro Division

That is a great picture of a fine group of young Americans. I am very pleased to hear how well this went! When you are ready for another event, please let us know. Karl Seeba has my information. If you know of any other Commanding Officiers of any other Sea Cadet Divisions, please pass on their information and we would be happy to accommodate them as well.
