We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots

Congratulation to our far, (did I say far?) I mean FAR Western contingent, HazMatt1 on attaining his full instructor.  He has persevered on the "fringes of civilization"  ;)  (just ask him, it is where he prefers to be).  It has taken out of state shoots and out of state Shoot Bosses to get him there as he is just too bloomin' far away from the rest of us.  I look forward to the day when we can work a shoot together and the rest of our Virginia Cadre can meet you.

"Responsibility is a unique concept... You may share it with others, but your portion is not diminished. You may delegate it, but it is still with you... If responsibility is rightfully yours, no evasion, or ignorance or passing the blame can shift the burden to someone else. Unless you can point your finger at the man who is responsible when something goes wrong, then you have never had anyone really responsible."
― Hyman G. Rickover

"Scoring is a function of great execution, and winning Is the result, but thinking about winning can pull your focus off of proper execution in a competition. Thinking about process is the answer."- Lanny Bassham

Congrats to HazMatt1! He has been an excellent IIT and will be an outstanding Red Hat! He's already ahead of most of us, as he set up his own range which has now hosted two events!

Well done, Sir. It's a pleasure to have you in our midst! I look forward to working many more events with you.
