If true, this is unfortunate news.

It's not the first time a company sold gun owners out to curry favor with the government.  Bill Ruger sold us out in 1989 in a letter to Congress.  I know people who still won't buy Smith & Wesson products due to their antics in 2000.

These are glaring examples why our nation needs Appleseed now more than ever.   :(
