It is my great pleasure to announce the promotion of the Chief Regional Coordinator and SouthWest Regional Coordinator, DrRichP, to SI RBC/IBC. This is especially significant for me because he has been such a hard worker, a great friend and co-worker for many years. Will you please join me in congratulating this extraordinary Appleseeder.  ^:)^
