 Kevin, aka Quigley, has attained rifleman status and has stepped up to get involved in his home state.

We met at the Stamford Vt. AS 2 weeks ago where he made rifleman and he stepped up this past weekend at the Guilford Ct AS. His first event was N.Berwick, Maine, so he's already gotten the team Northeast spirit running strong!
