A great Appleseed at a brand new venue!  This was a first for Fall River.  Thanks to Pine Ridge Puma and president Dan Harley for setting it up, making the range ours for the weekend and for being there for the event.  A little breezy on Saturday, and almost windy on Sunday with gusts to 40 mph.  But Warm.

We had 20 preregistered; 17 actually showed and there were no walk-ons.  There were 3 family groups and 3 generations of shooters!  Ages ranged from 11 to 73; 6 under 18 and 8 females.
Some were first time shooters.  A great start to your shooting career, folks. Some excellent scores were fired with some of the younger shooters shooting near or over 200.  Keep up the good work, practice and you will do it next time.
Great attitudes on the part of all: attentive and safety sunk in quickly.  Thank you all, especially the younger crowd and the ladies.  Excellent work.
We had two new Riflemen: Mark Sperlich and Mike Keenan and both are willing to join the Instructor Corps.  Thank you, gentlemen.
Club member Bill gave a very interesting talk on flintlocks and showed both replicas and originals - thank you, Bill.
Special thanks to BuzzG for coming all the way from Minnesota.  Talk about walking the walk!  Thanks also to Lee for accepting his orange hat and helping out.
All in all, a productive shoot and attendees said they'll be back for more!
