All instructors (IIT through MI ) should use the tips sign up site.  Red hat and above will be called upon to instruct.

Its really important for all instructors to attend IBC's and there will be time for a local/state planning session.

Im not sure about why we still have the eventbrite sign up, but IIT's should use that also.
