I won't be able to attend this event.  I've been scheduled for Annual Training at Fort Harrison during September 15-28.

Thanks for the heads up. Sorry you can't make it.

Send a note to Instructor Scheduling and ask them to take you off the instructor roster so the shoot boss who signs up to run the event will have an accurate picture of which instructors he will be working with.
