Herein, YHJ posts some ruminations on 4 years in Appleseed.  He means to provoke your thoughts, not necessarily additional posts. Please take the time to review Fred's reply.  I found it very worthwhile to follow all the links in Fred's reply.  Left me with a very sharp focus on the Mission of Appleseed.
