I'm considering contacting them to find out if they would give us a vendor space (ideally free of charge since we're a non-profit). Assuming I get an official blessing from my state coordinators and assuming they say yes, I should be able to come up with adequate pavilion and table. I realize this is just over a month away so I would at least be willing to do some leg work for 2015 if timing is an issue. Any thoughts, suggestions, volunteers or other support is welcome.
