Well Bob, I'm glad you asked.
All you have to do is sign up as a SBIB (shoot boss in training) for 3 AS's. You will run the event as SB, under the watchful eye of a SB/Senior Instructor. At the end of the last shoot-if not before- an admin segment is done. This is to ensure you know things like the promotion process, SB required reports from each event, etc.. And of course it comes with a great benefits package as well.
