We had very warm weather but it didn't rain which was good. The range is in a bowl and the wind swirls but doesn't provide much breeze. The canopy saved the weekend as the heat took it's toll.

On Saturday after setup and morning safety briefing six shooters took their crack at the morning redcoat. Lots of squares where shot and after a lunch full of history everyone returned to the line. Two AQTs where shot before the PM Redcoat. There was a vast improvement there and two shooters shot a rifleman's score. Nate, first time ASer, shot a 221. Pete requalified with a 215. We broke camp and headed out for rest and pizza.

Sunday morning our two young shooters MollyJo and AJ returned. They were joined by Sven and DebH on the line. Late in the morning veteran attendee Steve joined the bunch and Deb headed back behind the line. Many squares where shot and a fun shoot was conducted. Steve and AJ bested Andy and MollyJo 21-19 in the Zombie Wild Boar shoot. Lunch brought on the DOMs and other rev war history. Three AQTs where shot before the final red coat. It was a great weekend. Thanks to Saturday attendees Nate, Pete, Ben, and Curtis. And Steve great to see you on Sunday. And MollyJo and AJ for attending all weekend. AJ, who is 9 years old was on sandbags on Saturday but shot three full AQTs on Sunday and even got a 42 on Stage 4. The highlight of the weekend was AJ's last redcoat. She missed cleaning the target by 1/4 inch(missed one shot at 300yds).

Special thanks to Sven(Andy) for driving up this way, allowing the event to take place.
