Found on the Nevada board is a link to a tool that Ruger has developed that contacts all of your state and federal representatives.

Emails are just electrons, and as Fred has said, they don't weigh that much.  So don't think that this is everything you can do.  Calls are easy too, and actually speaking to someone in your representatives office may carry more weight.
