It is with considerable pleasure that I announce the promotion of Georgia's newest Red Hat. Brianf31 achieved full Instructor after the Dublin, Georgia AS on Oct. 6-7. I realize I should have posted this announcement earlier, but it was totally unintentional. It has been a pleasure to watch this fine instructor advance up ranks and always a joy to work with him. Please join me in offering my heartiest congratulations.
