Charlotte area Appleseed in Nov/Dec 2012?

Was at Ramseur Appleseed this past weekend with my whole family.... amazing time. So appreciate the folks who put it on. None of us made Rifleman, but my wife almost did and had never shot a gun before last weekend... I have some work to do!

I heard from Kardiac Kid that perhaps an event was coming up soon in Charlotte... anyone know any more more on that?

It was great to meet you and your beautiful family!

Currently there is no room on the CR&PC canlendar for another Appleseed in Charlotte this year. We are hoping they will have openings for us in 2013.

Please try to attend the Dec 15-16 Appleseed in Ramseur. Even if you can come for Sunday only, you will be able to spend some time on the KD range with your new bolt gun.

BTW- I returned that Remington .22 I had and bought two Ruger 10/22s, bought rear-adjustable iron sights (from tec sights) for both, proper GI straps for both. We are going to stay on top of this until we all make Rifleman

Just wondering where I can buy those nice little metal swivel post connectors that you had... that are removable and sit between swivel post and GI strap? I tried both appleseed stores and did not see them there.
