Be it known to all that Prof. C.J. (Chris) completed all the prerequisites for promotion to Instructor at Bunnell, FL on May 18, 2013.  His old Orange Hat was suitably retired and a bright shiny new Red Hat was presented.  Huzzah! 

And.... Chris also re-confirmed his Rifleman status on Sunday using a borrowed rifle with Tech-Sights.  It was his first non-scoped Rifleman score.  Congratulations on both achievements Chris.
