I have four heavy realtor type yard sign frames, and I can get more. Great for hanging steel from. Free to anywhere I am shoot boss, or a handoff to a willing third party. Just send me a PM and I will bring one along.

So long as people plant them in the city's right of way I have a endless supply.

I use these all the time.

I like shooting spinners. You hang them (literally upside down). Figure it out it works.

Using baling wire, you hang one on the left and a second on the right. Those little puppies will keep you busy for quite a while.

No targets, no ceasefires, no problems.
