Northern Arizona Shooting Range opened for business July 7th. It's located just outside Flagstaff. Their website is NorthernArizonaShootingRange.com

September is looking pretty booked-up.  What's weather like up there around October or November?

Did you ever get a reply?  This would be a really good venue for a late-June/early-July non-Aquaba shoot this summer.
Talk is cheap because the supply exceeds the demand.
