I am unaware of anyone who meets your requirements.  We do not have many 'seeders near Charlottesville.  I have not met any 'seeders who have mentioned being a FFL.  I know a few FFLs in the Richmond Area if you are looking for a transfer.  Richmond is about 60 miles down the Interstate.  I can try to find you a shop in C-ville if no one speaks up.
