If this is a duplicate of info in a previous topic, I'll apologize up front.

In doing some last minute Christmas shopping, I ended up talking with some people at Otis regarding a back ordered item.  First off, the customer service was spectacular.  Secondly, they do have specials for Instructors that may be worth exploring for anyone who likes their cleaning equipment.

Otis makes an awesome kit.

Just keep in mind it's very hard to "rod the barrel" with a string. If you keep an Otis kit "in your kit" then you should also throw in a cheap rod just in case you need to rod the barrel.
