Congrats Jim!
Here he is with that new Green hat and his wife Prone to Knit:

He did a superb job at New Mexico's NRA Whittington Center this past weekend.
Colorado is really moving folks!

I will get the official paperwork in soon.
BlueFeather and I  just rolled in the door from Raton after a long and rewarding weekend with four of the Colorado crew.

Not only is he a great shoot boss, he's handsome, charming, witty, debonair, and shoots dime sized groups at 25 meters! And with all that, Kim is still the "better half"! (nyuknyuknyuk!)

Way to go Jim ^:)^

Are you ready to try out that shinny new green Hat?  I think there is a shoot this weekend in CO that needs a SB on the schedule.
"These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value."   T Paine

Congrats! Thank you for all the hard work in CO. I am so glad to see it grow.

Oh so long ago I was a part of the group of instructors at the 1st CO Appleseed - Canon City, CO April 2008 on Franktown Kid's land.

Hi,
Thanks for all the greetings and well wishes. I have already been stupid and got off to a rough start with Colycat. But he has been gracious and is more of a gentleman then I am and he has forgiven me.

I am off to my first shoot this afternoon and will do my best to do Appleseed proud- wish me luck.

Congratulations...Does this mean Brighton has a SB for Patriots day? I see 34 Americans are signed up and are in need of some rifle skill and heritage teaching.

Yes, I am SB for Brighton April 16-17. We still have 6 good folks in need of motivation in Gunnison, but we are working on it with the national folks.
