9 serious shooters were brought together by their common interest in the church security team in this sold out private event. The group arrived with varying levels of experience, from proficient to pretty new to pistol shooting. All went home with noticeably improved pistol skills, thanks to bringing a teachable attitude and readiness to receive. Congratulations to Nicholas and his brother Christopher for achieving Pistoleer™ scores, even multiple times. Huzzah! Worth mentioning are Ted, Stuart, and Ron who all had scores climbing very close to the coveted 210 Pistoleer™ score. They now know it is not an easy accomplishment. I am certain they all would have made it with subsequent efforts. Keep on the Pistoleer™ journey, persist. With some dry practice at home (remember the safety protocols we taught you), the next trip to the range will reveal the Pistoleer™ inside. I hope to see you all again at a future Appleseed clinic, pistol or rifle. check the Appleseed schedule as well as the Fernan schedule for upcoming events.
