TEXAS HAS A NEW IIT BIGTONY
« on: July 21, 2021, 01:17:44 PM »
coming from the Austin area David or "big tony" showed up to his very first appleseed in Waco for our Patriots day weekend and absolutely  destroyed it scoring Rifleman with a bolt action Ruger American Rimfire and tech sights. He just came back this last weekend for his second appleseed and scored even higher with a stock scoped Ruger carbine. Just a few points shy of a distinguished patch with a 237.

Big Tony has accepted the challenge of IIT and all that it brings, his passion, marksmanship skills, and glorious moustache are essential to the Appleseed Mission  and I look forward to watching him grow in our little community.

WELCOME TO THE PROGRAM BIG TONY!

Huzzah! and Welcome!
In giving us dominion over the animal kingdom, God has signified His will that we subdue the beast within ourselves.
John Lancaster Spalding

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.
Benjamin Franklin, 1775

"A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies."  George Washington 1790

“[T]o preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them…”
– Richard Henry Lee, Declaration Signer

Hey Tony,

Thanks for volunteering. I didn't get to talk to you any since I was working the other side of the line but welcome to our family.

You'll not find a better group of people than our Texas crew.

I'll see you again sometimes in the near future.
