Great weather, a sold out line and a good IT crew helped make this a memorable Appleseed. Those attending were from 2 border states along with Ct and ages ran from 12 thru 55. The instructor crew spent time with everyone getting slings adjusted, checking NPOA and SHF's as the day progressed.

There were some who came close to hitting  Rifleman status, Chris with a 207 and Joe with a 208. Much improvement was seen in other shooter's performance throughout the day. Even when Murphy showed up for the usual mechanical malfs that are seen on a busy firing line.

We had three young adults hang in there most of the day to push their limits to new heights, Emily, Will and  Liberty. It was great to have some interested young people spend a day that listened intently and improved along the way.

A big thanks to all attending, the shooters first. Everyone was great to work with and nary a complaint heard.

Thank you goes out the NWCSA for hosting the shoot. They've been solid proponents of Appleseed since our start there in 2009 and we look forward to working with them in the future.

The instructor crew deserves a shout out for their efforts. MattNH, yee_88 and Kosciuszko put in much effort to run a safe event. Their help and experience were invaluable.

And, as always, a Rifleman persists.

Appleseed is friend to all, enemy to none

The shooters did really well.  Tight groups were forming quickly, and most shooters were making great progress.  Great job!
