PERU, IN 3/7-3/8/2026

Even though it was cold and wet Saturday, it was a great event, and we saw a lot of improvement from the 5 shooters. It was also the first event at the new range! Looking forward to more and possibly expanding what events we can do there.

All the shooters showed growth over the weekend, and all have a solid chance to get rifleman in a future event. 2 were close enough to possibly make it this weekend but we had some equipment issues to work through from loose scopes to a bad rifle setup causing some discomfort.

A Rifleman persists! Practicing and working on the skills learned will make it a likely qualification in the next event or two. I hope to be a part of it.

It was great meeting and enjoying the weekend with you all. I feel I can say that all the instructors felt welcomed and we had a great time. It was really appreciated to have breakfast and lunch each day for the event! I will get spoiled. Thank you for having us this past weekend.

All the instructors were ready to tell history and teach Rifle Marksmanship. We don't often get to train younger patriots, but it is very rewarding when we do get that chance and see the improvements.
