This was truly a family-friendly event, with two sets of father/son shooters, a mother, and daughter, a father with his two sons and two daughters, plus the stepson of one of our instructors. The roster was rounded out with two instructors that attended as shooters. This group came prepared and ready to shoot. After a review of IMC, trajectory, and safety, rifles were brought to the line.
The line was divided, with the ladies on one side of the line and the guys on the other. Of course, the ladies had their own female instructors.  After some friendly banter, three ladies and one of the guys hit Morgan's Shingle. Hats off to K-Mom, Special_K, Palousie, and Jonathon for hitting the shingle.

Mt. Top Range did not disappoint with keeping shooters on their toes with the wind. The AQT tally ended in a tie between the guys and the girls with K-Mom and Jonathon both scoring a 41. Several others were shooting well enough to qualify but the winds and rifle issues robbed several shooters from earning the Rimfire KD rocker today.

Many thanks to all those that attended and to the awesome crew of instructors. We will see what we can do about getting another RKD on the calendar soon.
