IT WAS A WINTERSEED !!!!!

We had 5 shooters for the first NH event of the year.  It was cold, we still had 6-8" of snow on the ground and forecasted for high 20s with snow turning to freezing rain turning to rain for Saturday.  We managed through the adverse conditions and had a distinguished score of 248 by RangeDog (he is the 250 from last October).  The forecast for Sunday was sunny and 50, but they got that wrong.  We traded the wet cold for the windy cold.  Sunday we had a first time Appleseeder bring the fundamentals together and score a 215 on the AQT with irons.  Congratulations Edgar and excellent shooting.  The other shooters showed much improvement and they are knocking on the door.  Chip brought his groups down throughout Saturday, Sean had some ammunition issues but has stage 1 dialed in and Milo had 5 hits shooting out to 100m Sunday afternoon.

Additionally, congratulations to Nightpoison for completing his 1st strike requirement for IIT4 and taking the lead on nearly every block of instructions and passing his Full Instructor PC to earn his red hat.  Excellent job and very well deserved.

Lastly, thank you to Pioneer Sportsmen for their continued support of our program.  It was a bonus to have the club VP on the line to experience it first hand.  Thanks Chip !!!

Weather notwithstanding, it was a GREAT day!!! The line was small, but it made up for that with an outstanding group! I could not have been more impressed with the progress each one of them made. I'm excited to get each of them back on another firing line.
One-third of humanity remains honest, one-third corrupt, and the final third sways to the will of others. With two-thirds either compromised or weak, what is left for the honest to do?
