Chattanooga 25M event September 10/11 2022

Nine brave shooters braved the threat of rain Saturday in Chattanooga to learn history and marksmanship. Sunday a couple more brave people joined us.

Thank you Brian and Lucie for driving all the way down from Lexington KY to spend your father/daughter weekend with us. As part of Lucie's passage into becoming a young woman, she was given a rifle for her 10th birthday and joined her dad on the journey to a rifleman's score. It was a real honor and pleasure to work with both of you on this special weekend. We hope you will make the trek back to one of our events soon.

Thanks also to the Mxxxx father and sons for coming down to spend some quality family time learning marksmanship and history. Congratulation to the brothers Caleb and Lucas for scoring rifleman. Caleb, a first-time attendee shot scores 221 and 216. Lucas a multi-event attendee shot a 236. He has qualified at previous events with a iron-sighted rifle and a bolt action rifle. The shoot boss challenged him to shoot from his non-dominate side ( he is a lefty) so he shot answered by shooting 216 right-handed. HUZZAH

Young William took in the firehose of instruction and ended the day with a 211.

Shannon and special_K, joined us on Sunday. Both requalified and special_K stepped up and took an orange hat. Joining her dad as an IIT.

Michael, it was great to meet you again and see you qualify with a 218.

Taylor, way to stick with it and a 216.

Jeremy, keep up the hard work and practice and we will see you at another event.
