What a difference a day can make. Saturday was raining the entire day. We verified with the range we could set our targets up 25 meters from their covered firing range. So we were able to keep shooters and equipment a little drier. The group ignored the rain and the 50s temperature, They were always ready to go check their targets between instruction or AQT stages. Sunday was just the opposite, bright sunshine and comfortable temperatures in the low 70s.

The group was split between experienced shooters and beginners. We had a couple of returning rifleman who requalified. Our other experienced shooter earned his rifleman patch with a score of 226. We watched our newer shooters improve all shoot long. There were some equipment challenges we were able to overcome. Always great to see mom bring her kids to a shoot.

Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday. John Wayne
