CCI Standard Velocity and Strelok truing

This past weekend, went to a KD here in Palm Bay with my Frankenrifle using CCI Standard .22 from 25 to 100 yards.

My rifle is an AR platform rifle using a 16 inch Beyer Barrel and a Leupold 3-9 EFR Scope (1/4 MOA per click)

From my 50 yard Zero, I found I needed to come up 20 clicks for a 100 yard target, strelok was anticipating more than that.  Afterwards, I went into "truing" and put in my information in for 100 yards, and looked at the new ballistics table.  The new ballistics table pretty much matched what I was seeing in real practical shooting.  But strelok also told me that for that to be proved, my rifle needed to be launching them at 1170 FPS, 100 FPS faster than the box claims out of their longer test barrels.

Is it possible I just stumbled on a faster barrel?
Does a 16-inch Barrel just launch them faster than CCI's test barrel length?
Weird anomaly and don't read to much into it?

Thanks!

My Dope
25 Meters - Not worth messing with, about 1.5 minutes high based on a sighter squares  sheet
50 meters - Zero
75 Meters - 8 clicks up from zero
100 Meters - 20 clicks up from zero

Streloks Chart after truing

25 Meters Up 6.6 clicks (1.6 MOA)
50 meters - 0
75 Meters - Up 7.9 Clicks (2 MOA)
100 Meters  - Up 20 clicks (5 MOA)
