El Paso, Texas Ladyseed AAR 23-24 July 2022

The group of 8 shooters was off to a great start at the El Paso Ladyseed Event. The day started with some bad news the HVAC for the Indoor Range was not working due to a power issue the day before. The Ladies were glad that we were not in the sun for the almost 100 degree day. The shoot started like they always do, a red coat then on to instruction. When it was time for the first Square to be shot the Cadre was shocked and surprised. No group over 6 MOA. This can be attributed to the Amazing Skills and Knowledge transferred to the Students from the Cadre, or maybe the lack of A/C motivating the Ladies to do a good job so we didn't have to grind out squares all morning. I think it has a lot to do with the Dry Fire and Trigger Exercise lessons.

In between the AQT's on Sunday we had a little contest to see what pair of students could shoot most of the center of a flower target out. The game provided a nice break and brought smiles to everyone.

The group was very interactive and had great questions throughout the weekend. Many "light bulb" moments for all the students as new topic were taught. The shooters continued to improve throughout the weekend. After all the Red Coats targets were shot for the weekend, we didn't have one soul that was lost to the dreaded Bayonet.
