Huntsville, AL IBC February 4-5, 2022 AAR

The third annual Huntsville, AL, IBC was held February 4-5 at Bullet and Barrel.  B&B, an amazing facility and strong supporter of the program, once again graciously provided their ballroom so our cadre could sharpen their skills as we head into the season.  Thanks to B&B and to everyone that spent their weekend becoming even better instructors!

We had attendees from Alabama, Ohio, and Kentucky. Captain came from Arkansas to join the Alabama cadre for the event and Cleveland joined us from TN on Saturday.  We missed 3 additional folks from Kentucky that had planned to attend, but had those plans changed an ice storm late in the week preceding the IBC.

It was a very busy weekend covering everything from marksmanship instruction to Appleseed guidelines, coaching techniques to history tips, and practicing most of those things along the way.  Everyone worked hard and it was gratifying to see skills improve while team building was in progress.

In the flurry of activity we missed getting a group picture, but here are some pictures of the action during the weekend.

I want to thank all of the instructors for their support and guidance.  I know this class will help me immensely on my journey too becoming a Red Hat and a good instructor.  Thanks again too all!
