There is a special event scheduled for February 19-20 in Colorado Springs, CO. 

We will be hosting a Shoot Boss Camp in Colorado Springs.  Shoot Boss Camps only happen a couple of times each year across the country.  We'll learn about how to be the most effective shoot boss you can be!  We'll talk about the art of running an event, leadership & mentoring, promotions, and even Known Distance.  We'll make sure to set aside some time to discuss the current state of the program - where we are and where we're going.

The target audience for this event is IIT3s and above.  However, if you're not yet an IIT3 and want to attend, drop me a note... odds are I'll say yes!  Border raiders are absolutely welcome!
