Another great Appleseed at Piru! We weren't joined by 15 great folks in the balmy 100+ degree temps on a crystal clear weekend. By not wandering too far away from the ol' water jug we managed to persevere. Steve, a long time Appleseeder, was the first to post a Rifleman score of 218 on our only AQT Saturday evening. He followed it up with a 218 and a 220. Hans was the next with a 210. On the last AQT on Sunday he posted a 215 to avoid a dousing of North Bridge water. Finally, Zac, our 16 year old, first time attendee posted a 212, also on the last AQT of the day. A thanks goes out to Cal 7.62 for his help on Saturday. We enjoyed having all of our attendees and hope to see you all again soon. Remember to bring a friend.

Captain

Looks like you had a tough crew out there last weekend. We suffered in temperatures in the 90s here in Colorado . . . but 100+ - OUCH! Congrats to all the new Riflemen!
