Great Appleseed weekend!  It was hot - but so were the shooters!  Congrats to Jon and Peyton for earning their Rfleman patches and to Colby for re-certifying.  Also Kudos to Rustygun for shooting a 241 - with irons!   Anthony and Chris were knocing on the door and Mike, Lucy and Maddie were making serious progress.  Thanks to SGT-At-Arms for coming out to help.  See you all in the fall.

We had a great event with a really great group of shooters! Fast learners and no safety issues. I'm sure we would have had one more Rifleman if Anthony's rifle hadn't shot loose on him. Colby hadn't shot in a while but shot Rifleman on his first AQT with iron. Ebben did a great job keeping everything moving and the zombie stage was a big hit as always lol. A really fun event for shooters and instructors.  Congrats to our Riflemen and hope to see everyone back soon.

Had a good time at this event. My 1st event crossing the creek (Middle TN, West TN joke). Its always great traveling, working other events, and learning different ways to get the job done! The Zombie Drill was fun, definitely gonna put that in my arsenal! Thank you Eb for your dedication to this program! Thank you Rustygun for your patience and positive attitude, it really helps with the younger ones like my Maddie. I look forward to getting over y'all's way again.

I would like to say that reading this AAR gave me soooo much encouragement!!!! RUSTYGUN: WOW! 241 with IRONS!!! Fantastic!!! And that little lady, Maggie! You made me cry with tears of joy to she almost cleared the Redcoats!!!!!! Such a real joy to see young ones excel at marksmanship.

And old friend once told me as a kid, "If you want to be good at something, hang around with ones who do it really well!" I still remember that and apply it! Looks like we may have to move to Memphis!!!
