New Mexico!  A great resource for Three Strikes material has been uncovered by mr6actual in Virginia!

It's called The First Stroke: Lexington, Concord, and the Beginning of the American Revolution  and was published by Thomas Fleming in 1978.  It's been reprinted in (of all places) the UK, and is available from Amazon in Kindle, Hardcover, and paperback editions.

I've read some excerpts, and from what I can tell it's an even more prosey, easier read than Paul Revere's Ride, and definitely compliments it.  A good addition to your Revolutionary War library!
