A nice weekend in the Wildcat Hills of Nebraska for a patriotic gathering.  We had nine shooters starting on Saturday, and by Sunday we had one requal who earned a Distinguished patch by shooting a 232 with irons-good job Micah!!  Bill earned his rifleman patch at his first seed, so good going to him also.  Everyone showed improvement and that is very rewarding to the instructor corps, and I thank them for for the help.  We learned a lot of interesting facts about the start of the Revolutionary War and paid tribute to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our freedom in the greatest country in the world.  Huzzah!!
When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them,  and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.
