What an amazing and rewarding weekend! I am so proud of each and every one of the shooters! They did such an amazing job, all very open to instruction. More will be coming soon. I can't wait to hear from my instructors and shooters!

206. So close. I did learn a lot, and saw improvement over the two days. Most of all, we had a great time getting to know our "neighbors on the line"!!

Just for fun, I added up all my individual AQT stages. Taking the best from each one, I combined them to see what my hypothetical 'absolute best' AQT of the weekend would have been, had I been capable of getting them all on one AQT. I ended up with a 220!! Not gonna get a patch that way, but I thought it might be a good exercise for folks like me that didn't quite make Rifleman this time out... Don't give up!


On another note, there's a new study coming out of the Netherlands that strongly suggests that the high protein/low carb/low sugar content of high quality cat food is actually much more beneficial and natural for human consumption than any Paleo/caveman nutrition program currently being promoted. So, I am sending a case of Fancy Feast to our Mean 'Ol Shoot Boss Lady...  Salmon, or chicken??

We had 21 shooters on Saturday and 19 on Sunday, thank you all once again for coming out and spending your weekend with us! I hope all of you were able to learn a lot and are able to teach what you learned to others.

I agree, what a fantastic weekend!  Started a little chilly, but ended warm and sunburnt! 

Trisha's right - everybody was a pleasure to work with this weekend!  Congrats to all who scored rifleman - way to go! 

It was great to see improvement happening all weekend long!  Going from <100 yards to 250-275 yards effective range for the whole group was awesome!

I hope to see you all again at another Appleseed!
