I want to welcome Speedy - aka Rick - to the Wyoming cadre!
He had equipment issues at our January Winterseed and did not shoot Rifleman, but then went down to Florida for an RBC with Engineer Shooting and Lucky Lori.
Again, rifle issues, but borrowed a rifle from Chuck and scored Rifleman!  Thank you, Chuck!  Thanks also to Ken and Lori for letting him come back to Wyoming.  Hope to see you here again.
Speedy is now an IIT1, based in Laramie and well on his way to becoming a great instructor.  He is currently in Utah helping out.  This guy is obviously NOT reluctant to travel.
