Gun show,Oshkosh WI, Feb 19-21

Representing Appleseed at the Bob and Rocco Gun Show in Oshkosh Wisconsin has been a lot of fun! 

Our favorite memory is from Saturday afternoon when a gentleman brought his friend to our booth.  He pointed to our M1 Garand and asked us if his friend could hold it.  Of course we handed it right over!  We had tears in our eyes as he explained his friend had earned 2 Purple Hearts in WWII and had carried an M1 in Germany during the war.  And his friend had the best smile on his face!  We felt honored to shake hands with both of them and express our gratitude for their service!

In addition, it has been our pleasure to speak with well over 150 folks about Appleseed; some shared previous Appleseed experiences, most took a schedule, and a few expressed excitement about already being signed up to attend one of our weekends.

...and we got to meet Rocco who turned out to be a huge black lab!  Whereas Bob was just a guy!

Awesome report!!! What a great action to represent Appleseed at a local gun show. I will be looking for Appleseed at the next Bob & Rocco show I attend.
