The weekend of 11/22-23 was a chilly weekend for Appleseeding in Annapolis, MD but we had all of our pre-registered attendees show. What was unusual was that all students had attend a prior shoot. This allowed us to move more quickly and this extra time allowed for more history and more advanced discussion related to the skills of being a Rifleman. We were even able to hold a friendly competition related to the members of Cresap's Company of Riflemen. Congrats to Rob M. for "winning"!

In closing, I want to send out a special thanks to Doug A. for accepting a Blue Hat and Doug S. for accepting an Orange Hat. It is an inside joke that the Maryland Instructor Cadre has some many duplicate names (including 3 Andys) and we get two people with the same name to take a hat on the same weekend. I look forward to working with both of you. Thanks!
