Once again, San Antonio proved a popular location for an Appleseed Shoot. We had another sold-out line at A Place To Shoot - way to go, San Antonio area people! The shooters were very attentive and worked hard to improve their groupings. I was also impressed with the way I saw many shooters coaching each other and really helping out. I'd guess there are quite a few orange hat potentials from that group....

Shout-out to the kids from Belize who are spending the summer here in the States and wanted to take advantage of the freedom we have here to learn how to use firearms. Also, special thanks to our other 2 youth shooters who assisted with registration and were a great help to me all day in passing things out and keeping things rolling. I think we have at least some Blue Hats in order there...

Thank you to Tim and Jerry, our Orange Hats, for helping instruct this shoot. Couldn't have done it without you.

Thanks to Kyle from A Place To Shoot for preparing the range for us and hosting this shoot.

And huge congratulations to our Rifleman, Chad! Great work all day, I could see it coming, and I'm so glad you pushed through and brought it home.

Will, with your 209 you are SO close. Come out again and prove your Rifleman shooting and get your patch. We'll have one waiting for you.

We had several others who are definitely candidates for patches in the near future, too, so y'all be sure to come out and earn them sometime soon.
