Another great event with some great people! Huzaaaah!

So many familiar faces and a few new ones combined to create a memorable event. The weather held out for us and we were able to reveal three Rifleman - one repeat and two new ones! Congrats to Staci and Ron. Both overcame what most would consider insurmountable obstacles. Staci was on a bolt gun and Ron was shooting an AK in 5.56 x 39.

Lots of improvement across the board, with Sophia and Heather coming sooo close - next time for sure. Joe improved dramatically and is on his way toward a patch as well. Of course I will not likely ever forget sweet little Alexis and her great dad, Adam - always a pleasure to work with. Alexis even helped us clear the line - not bad for nine. And she looked great doing it all in pink and black. I mean all - from her hearing protection to her shoes and rifle - quite the little fashion plate!

Victor Jr of course crushed the AQT as always. Even his little brother Christian did very well as did Victor Sr. We had some equipment failures - SOP for the AQT. If there is a potential problem with a rifle, the AQT will reveal it, but we improvised and adapted in the tradition of our Yankee ancestors and "soldiered on". Biting flies and noseeums - step aside! Riflemen don't concern the,selves with adversity, as it is simply an opportunity in disguise.

I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work. Spending time with folks like you keeps me sane. Kudos to my fellow instructors as well - you are appreciated gentlemen. Hoping to see some new instructors soon as they make score - you know who you are. 

Dry fire like mad and I pray I see you all again soon.
